At Frankton Model Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached before placing them back in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
